War Comes Home: Rita Nakashima Brock

Rev. Dr. Rita Nakashima Brock is a theologian and author.

Rev. Dr. Rita Nakashima Brock is a theologian and co-author of Soul Repair: Recovering from Moral Injury After War. The daughter of a medic who served in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars, her writing and scholarship is profoundly shaped by first-hand experience with the impact of war.

“I’ve spent 30 years as a theologian and as a feminist activist and I’ve been antiwar since I was 18.
