This page has been created to assist grantees in managing their grant and provides digital copies of the forms, reports and surveys required to be submitted to CCH under the terms of your grant agreement.
Any tangible product of grant activity (film/radio/new media productions, publicity materials, project websites, displays, exhibits, public reports, etc.) must acknowledge the support of the California Council for the Humanities. Specific credit requirements will vary depending on medium and format. The CCH logo can be downloaded via the link below and specific credit acknowledgement requirements are provided in each grant section below.
