Application Procedure And Deadline

A complete application requires both electronically submitted and mailed materials. All must be received by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1:

  1. Electronically submitted by noon October 1:

    Online application form
    Proposal narrative
    Budget (Excel template)
    Applications will be accepted on the CCH website (www.calhum.org) from September 1, 2009, until NOON on Thursday, October 1, 2009.

  2. Received by mail by 5 pm October 1:

    Previously completed work (DVD or CD)
    Work-in progress (DVD or CD)
    Film and radio only: A letter of interest from a national distributor or broadcaster
    Please send clearly labeled sample work to:
