Exhibit: Books about Immigration, Racism and Racial Conflict in Inner City Communities.

LA HABRA-- With a grant from California Humanities, the La Habra Library proudly introduces the second film in the series: DISMANTLING ARCHETYPES: BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS THROUGH FILMS. The La Habra Library presents film professors, historians, directors and artists who discuss films covering race, ethnicity and gender identity to encourage dialogue about these important issues.  For the month of July we will display various different books about immigration, poverty in the inner city, and the racism prevalent in our cultural understanding of different people groups.
