Special 9/11 Fund
Used to Foster Dialoge after 9/11
The Council awarded $50,000 to 35 groups across California as part of its community dialogue grants program, which recently ended. The purpose of the program was to help organizations hold town forums and other public discussions to promote cross-cultural understanding in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The following organizations received grants and held an array of programs:
